Service Description

**Following our initial onsite consultation, a $99 deposit will be required before collecting soil samples. After your soil test results return and a treatment plan has been agreed upon, an invoice will be generated, and the $99 deposit will be credited toward your total.** MANAGED is the ultimate à la carte, science-driven lawn care solution! This service is closest to "traditional" lawn care, but we take it up a notch (or two)! With this service, you won't need to make multiple trips to the store each year to buy messy fertilizers or bags of weed killer. You won’t have to determine which types of fertilizer or treatment are appropriate for your lawn, decipher complicated application labels, calculate measurements, or determine the best treatment times— we'll handle all that for you. With our help, you only need to pick and choose the treatments you're comfortable with! What MANAGED Includes: 1. **Onsite Comprehensive Lawn Review**: We will inspect your lawn, discuss its current state, identify any known trouble spots, and outline your goals. 2. **Soil Testing**: We collect soil samples, which are then sent to our certified laboratory for detailed analysis. 3. **Lawn Measurements**: We measure your lawn to determine the precise amounts of fertilizer and treatment needed for the season. 4. **Customized Recommendations**: We provide treatment suggestions based on your soil test results. You choose the treatments that are in your budget! 5. **Seasonal Program**: We will create a customized lawn care plan that we will follow throughout the season. 6. **Professional Application**: We apply the appropriate treatment at the correct time, based on weather conditions, air and soil temperatures, pest and disease pressure, and other relevant factors. Expect between 10 and 17 visits throughout the season. 7. **LawnAlerts**: Receive notifications about when we plan to apply treatments and what to do post-treatment. 8. **Dedicated LawnLogIQ Representative**: We will give you a direct phone number for your LawnLogIQ representative to answer any questions.
